As the Building Consent Authority for one of New Zealand’s fastest growing regions, Tauranga City Council faces constant pressure to issue consents efficiently, without compromising quality. They can log in and track the status of their application, view inspection reports and outstanding RFIs, and clearly understand what’s needed to move forward. For Council staff, that transparency has meant fewer enquiries, faster processing times and more time spent on what matters: safe, compliant buildings.

It’s made training new staff easier, and created a more consistent experience for everyone involved.
