Evict external users quickly and effortlessly

With our latest update to Objective Connect, administrators can directly view and evict external users from the workgroup page, giving you greater visibility and control over who outside your workgroup can access your workspaces.

External users (participants invited to workspaces who aren't members of the workgroup) are now visible directly from the workgroup page. This means you get a complete picture of everyone connected to your workgroup in one place. For example, if a project includes external consultants, their names now appear alongside internal members, making it easier to monitor and manage all access centrally.

When an external user no longer needs access, such as when a contractor's engagement ends, you can now remove them in just a few clicks.

There's no need to inspect individual workspaces or contact workspace owners. Simply use the new three-dot menu next to each external user to evict them from a single workgroup. If you're an Enterprise Administrator, you can even remove them from workspaces within multiple workgroups at once.

The workgroup page layout has also been refreshed to support this improved functionality. The Users, Workspaces, and Closed Workspaces sections are now grouped into drop-down menus, making the page cleaner and easier to navigate.
