Bypass two-step verification at the workspace level

When users sign in through Single Sign-On (SSO), their identity has already been securely verified. In many cases, requiring an additional verification step via email can feel repetitive—particularly for trusted internal users working across multiple workspaces.

Objective Connect now gives administrators the option to bypass two-step verification for SSO users at the workspace level. Once enabled, users logging in via SSO won’t be asked to enter a verification token, even if two-step verification is active for the workspace.

This update removes a redundant step for users whose credentials have already been validated, allowing them to move between workspaces more efficiently—without compromising your organisation’s security posture.

Administrators can control where this setting applies by enabling the bypass on a per-workspace basis.
