From 300 to 1000 planning applications a month using Objective Connect

The onset of rate capping in Victorian local government has driven a need for the team at Wyndham City to be as efficient and effective in everything they do.

Wyndham City Council uses Objective Trapeze for digital approval of development applications, Objective Connect for two way collaboration with contractors and applicants and Objective ECM for document management and workflow to automate the process.

We've gone from processing around 300 development applications per month, to 1000, without the need to increase staff.
