Regulating and enforcing workplace laws with the help of Objective RegWorks

In their first 2 years of operating, the Wage Inspectorate Victoria helped Victorians recoup over $2 million owed to them.

The WIV was formed as a statutory agency responsible for enforcing Victoria’s stand alone wage theft laws and oversee child employment, long service leave, and owner-drivers laws. Their role is to educate the community about the function of these laws and also take enforcement action where appropriate, which sometimes includes legal action.

The WIV needed technology to help them bring together their data related to phone calls, enquiries, investigations and their legal work – all in one place.

We’ve helped Victorians reclaim over $2 million in unpaid long service leave – money that is rightfully theirs.
