With our new user glossaries feature, you can save commonly used responses, helping you fill out reasons for decisions quickly and easily. Your glossary is individual and separated for each question type and decision.
To access your glossary, open a booking and navigate to a checklist question. Once you select your decision, you’ll see the “My glossary” button in the top right corner. Clicking “My glossary” will show you the already saved responses ready for you to select.
You can also create glossary responses on the go. Enter the response you’d like to save in the text field, and then click “Add to glossary”. You can access this saved reason by clicking “My glossary” and selecting the one you want to use.
