COA, CPU and a separate Solid Fuel Burner application are now available

You can now lodge even more application types in Objective Build

All-new application forms have been created for a Certificate of Acceptance (COA) and a Certificate for Public Use (CPU), available through Objective Build. A new, improved form has been created specifically for Solid Fuel Heater consents. There have also been improvements to the Building Consent form and the forms for amendments to Building Consents.
