Following the same model we offer for Microsoft Teams, we have expanded our governance solution to include SharePoint. Objective Gov365 for SharePoint allows authorised users and groups in your organisation to govern SharePoint sites, subsites, or document libraries—archive documents to Objective ECM or Objective Nexus. Objective Gov365 for SharePoint requires an additional license.
Flexible Retrospective Governance
Not all information that lives in your SharePoint sites is equally important. Select what you want to govern; the entire site, just a part of the site (subsite), or only certain document libraries. Select different archival containers and the archival frequency in Objective ECM or Objective Nexus.
Governance at a Glance
View the list of governed SharePoint sites, subsites, and document libraries at a glance in Objective Gov365. You will also be able to filter this list based on the status - whether the archival is still active, has been suspended, or finalised already.
Bulk Operations Support
Imagine managing the governance of hundreds of document libraries and sites - change the archival container for multiple sites at once or set a finalisation schedule for multiple governed sites, subsites, and document libraries at once. Objective Gov365's bulk operation allows you to easily change the governance settings or the archival container for multiple sites, subsites, and document libraries.
Rich Metadata Capture
Capture rich metadata from the archived sites, sub-sites, document libraries, and SharePoint documents. Details captured include:
- SharePoint document version,
- URL,
- External ID,
- Owner details
